We have answers.
Everything you need to know before your first charter or aircraft transaction.
On-demand charters can typically depart within four hours of a confirmed booking, depending on aircraft availability and your departure airport. For trips planned in advance, we lock in the aircraft and crew of your choice.
Three things: route, dates, and passenger count. With those, your advisor can return vetted aircraft options with all-in pricing, usually within hours. Anything else, such as preferred operator, catering, or ground transport, can be layered in afterward.
Yes. Every quote is all-inclusive: aircraft, fuel, crew, taxes, landing and handling fees, and applicable repositioning. No fuel surcharges added after booking. No hidden fees on the invoice.
Cancellation and change terms are set by the operator and disclosed in writing before you confirm. We work to keep terms flexible, and your advisor walks you through the policy line by line so there are no surprises.
The 24/7 operations team monitors weather, slots, and routing in real time and reaches out before you do. If a delay is unavoidable, we present alternatives, including a different aircraft or a different routing, so you keep moving.
Yes. Most operators welcome pets in the cabin and the crew is trained to accommodate children and infants. Let your advisor know at the time of booking so the operator can prepare.
We arrange ground transport at both ends of your trip on request, coordinated with FBO arrival. Your preferences, including vehicle type and any standing instructions, are saved for future flights.
Charter is pay-per-trip pricing on the aircraft you select for that flight. A jet card is a prepaid block of hours at a fixed hourly rate on a specific aircraft category, with guaranteed availability and call-out times. Your advisor can model both side by side based on your annual flying.
